INDEPENDENT MIND. INVESTED PARTNER.

I ask the questions.
We find the way.

HELLO, I’M MAYA.

I’ve always been
interested in
the why.

Why one business becomes the obvious choice while another, just as good, gets overlooked. Why the right sentence can change a conversation. Why smart teams sometimes need someone from the outside to see what’s right in front of them.

That curiosity became my work. I bring the strategic discipline of a marketing leader and the instincts of a creative partner to businesses at a turning point.

My practice sits between brand and growth. I help you decide what your business should mean to people, then connect that meaning to the way you launch, sell, and show up.

THE WORKING PHILOSOPHY

Be curious.
Be specific.
Give a damn.

Ask before you answer.

The most expensive mistake is solving the wrong problem beautifully.

Make a real choice.

If your strategy never asks you to say no, it probably isn’t a strategy yet.

Leave people stronger.

Good work gives a team the confidence to keep going after the engagement ends.

AWAY FROM THE WHITEBOARD

A few things
that aren’t on a brief.

I collect bookshop recommendations, underline sentences that make me stop, and take the long route when there’s a good coffee shop involved.

I think the best ideas need a little room. A walk. A conversation with someone outside your industry. A notebook with absolutely no agenda.

And yes, I will probably ask what you’re reading.

The biggest change wasn't a campaign. It was knowing what to say yes to, and having the confidence to say no to everything else.
